Section 11-99B-4 Filing of certificate of incorporation and copies of resolutions of governing bodies with judge of probate; contents and execution of certificate of incorporation; notification of Secretary of State of recordation of certificate of incorporation by judge of probate. Section 32-6-350 Legislative intent. (a) It is the intent of the Legislature to establish an Alabama Veteran Tag Program to recognize certain veterans. (b) The owner of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state and who is an eligible veteran pursuant to subsection (c) of this section may be issued a distinctive license tag pursuant to this division.
