Section 16-22-14 Personnel records of education employees. (a) Definitions. When used in this
section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) EMPLOYEE. Any person employed
by a school board. (2) EXECUTIVE OFFICER. The superintendent of any public county or city
school system; the President of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind; the president of
any two-year school or college under the auspices of the State Board of Education; the Superintendent
of the Department of Youth Services School District; the Executive Director of the Alabama
School of Fine Arts; and the Executive Director of the Alabama High School of Mathematics

Section 45-37-243.02 Levy of tax. (a) As used in this section, the following terms have the
meanings here given them: (1) COUNTY. Any county now or hereafter subject to this subpart.
(2) COUNTY GOVERNING BODY. The county board of revenue, the county commission, or other like

Section 38-1-4 Filing names of recipients of public assistance with probate judge. (a) Duty
of county board. - The county board of human resources of each county shall on or before January
30, April 30, July 30 and October 30 file or cause to be filed with the probate judge a complete

Section 45-31-83.02 Voiding of license upon noncollectibility of check. (a) This section shall
only be operative in Geneva County. (b) In Geneva County, if a check given for a license is
found to be noncollectible for any reason, the judge of probate shall notify the worthless
check unit of the district attorney's office, who shall make a reasonable attempt to collect
the amount due for the license. If the collection cannot be made, the district attorney's
office shall so state and the statement shall constitute authorization for the judge of probate
to void the license. After the license has been voided, the judge of probate shall receive
credit for the cost of the license plus the issuance fee. The appropriate state office shall
mark the records pertaining to the void license and, upon inquiry by law enforcement agencies,
