Section 41-9-932 Membership. (a) The board shall be composed of eleven members as follows: (1) One appointed by the President of Auburn University. (2) One appointed by the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Industries. (3) Three appointed by the Governor. (4) One appointed by the President of Tuskegee University. (5) One appointed by the President of Alabama A & M University. (6) Four appointed by the members of the board, appointed pursuant to subdivisions (1) to (5), inclusive.
