Section 45-17-80 Public law library; librarian and advisory committee; personnel; law library fund; fee. (a) The department shall charge Elmore County for collecting the tax levied under this subpart in an amount or percentage of total collections as may be agreed upon by the commissioner and the Elmore County Commission. (a) The proceeds of all bonds, other than refunding bonds, issued by the authority remaining after paying expenses of their issuance shall be deposited in the State Treasury and shall be carried in the State Treasury in a special or separate account.
