Section 45-30-232 Fee; disposition of funds. In Franklin County, the fee for issuance of a permit to carry a pistol in a vehicle or concealed on or about the person as provided in Section 13A-11-75, shall be twelve dollars fifty cents ($12.50), which shall be collected by the sheriff of such county and deposited in the county treasury. Section 12-19-311 Bail bond fees. (a)(1) In addition to all other charges, costs, taxes, or fees levied by law on bail bonds, additional fees as detailed in paragraph a. and paragraph b. shall be imposed on every bail bond in all courts of this state. The fee shall not be assessed in traffic cases, except for those serious traffic offenses enumerated in Title 32, Chapter 5A, Article 9. Section 45-37-233 Pistol permit fee. (a) This section shall be known as the Pistol Permit Reduction Act of 1999 for Jefferson County.
