Section 33-2-130 Application of revenues from inland facilities. The gross revenues derived from the operation of each unit of development comprising a part of the inland facilities shall be applied for the following purposes in the following order: (1) Payment of the expenses of operating and maintaining in good operating condition the unit of development from which such revenues are derived; and (2) payment of the expenses of operating and maintaining in good condition any other unit of development or units of development comprising a part of the inland facilities. Section 2-15-63 Bonds of livestock market operators. Any person operating a livestock market in this state shall make and execute a bond in favor of the State of Alabama, which bond shall be made by a surety company qualified to do business in the State of Alabama and such bond shall be filed in the office of the commissioner. The minimum amount of such bond shall be $5,000.00 or such greater sum not to exceed $50,000.00.
