Section 45-21-84.38 Transaction fee - Certain transactions. Effective September 1, 2007, and upon approval of the county commission, a special transaction fee of four dollars ($4) shall be paid to and collected by the judge of probate on any transaction occurring in, or under the jurisdiction of, the judge of probate.
