Section 11-51-90.2 Purchase of business license; classification of taxpayers; vehicle decals; determination of gross receipts; construction with other provisions. (a) Every taxpayer required to purchase a business license under this chapter shall: (1) Purchase a business license for each location at which it does business in the municipality, except as otherwise provided by the municipality. Section 11-67-61 Weeds may be declared public nuisance; resolution to abate. Whenever any weeds are growing upon any street, sidewalk, or private property, the governing body of any incorporated municipality may, by resolution, declare the weeds to be a public nuisance and order its abatement. The resolution shall refer to the street by the name under which it is commonly known or describe the property upon which or in front of which the nuisance exists by giving a legal description of the property and no other description of the property shall be required.
