Section 45-34-71.02 Districts. Section 45-13-71 Composition; election by districts. (a) The county commission herein created shall consist of five members, one of whom shall serve as chairman as hereinafter provided. (b) The five members of the commission shall be elected from, be a qualified elector of, and reside in each of five single-member districts within Clarke County as herein defined.
