Section 45-35A-54.05 Mayor and associate commissioners - Salaries and expense allowances. The
mayor and associate commissioners shall continue to receive their respective salaries and
allowances until the expiration of their respective terms of office. In addition, all reasonable
expenses incurred by such mayor and associate commissioners in the performance of their duties
as such mayor and associate commissioners shall be paid by the city. All such salaries shall
be payable by the city in equal monthly installments and at the same rate for every fraction

Section 5-18-15 Interest rates, charges, and fees. (a) Maximum rates of interest and charge.
Every licensee under this chapter may contract for and receive as interest on any loan of
money less than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) an amount at a rate not exceeding
three percent a month on that part of the unpaid principal balance not in excess of two hundred
dollars ($200), and two percent a month on that part of the unpaid principal balance in excess
of two hundred dollars ($200) but less than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500). (b)

of the Associate Commissioners of the Cullman County Commission commencing in November 2022,
the Associate Commissioners of the Cullman County Commission shall receive a salary of twenty-five
