Section 45-35A-56.06 Written agreement; other terms and conditions. (a) Following the decision of the city attorney to admit the offender into the pretrial diversion program, but prior to entry, the city attorney and the offender shall enter into a written agreement stating the conditions of the participation of the offender in the program. Section 45-42-82.47 Fees. (a) An offender may be assessed a nonrefundable application fee when the offender is approved for the pretrial diversion program. Section 45-45-83.49 Program administration. All fees paid by offenders as heretofore set out shall be paid to the District Attorney of the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit. The district attorney shall establish a Pretrial Intervention Fund.
