Section 45-30-81 Investigators. The District Attorney of the Thirty-fourth Judicial
Circuit, composed of Franklin County, may appoint a chief investigator and from time to time
additional investigators. The investigators shall serve at the pleasure of the district attorney.

public inspection. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the

Section 16-1-44.1 School security personnel and school resource officers. (a) As used
in this section, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) RETIRED LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICER. A person who was a law enforcement officer and retired in good standing from a federal,
