Section 45-2-261.13 Appeals from final decision of board of adjustment. (a) Any party aggrieved
by a final judgment or decision of a board of adjustment, except a decision on the approval
or disapproval of a subdivision, within 15 days thereafter, may appeal therefrom to the Circuit
Court of Baldwin County, Alabama, by filing with the circuit court and the board of adjustment
a written notice of appeal specifying the judgment or decision from which the appeal is taken.
In case of the appeal, the board of adjustment shall cause a transcript of the proceedings

Section 45-49-120.33 Court proceedings. Orders of the personnel director and personnel board
may be enforced by mandamus, injunction, quo warranto, or other appropriate proceedings in
a court of competent jurisdiction. Any person directly interested, within 14 days, may appeal

Section 34-8-27 Appeals. Any party aggrieved by any decision of the State Licensing Board,
either in denying an application for license as a general contractor or in revoking a license,

Section 34-13-31 Appeal from decision of board. (a) Whenever, by decision, final order, or
other final determination upon any public hearing provided for by this chapter, a party to
such hearing shall feel aggrieved, an appeal may be taken to the Circuit Court of Montgomery

Section 34-20-6 Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators - Review of decisions. Any
