Section 31-8-14 Application for reinstatement to pension roll. Any widow whose name has been dropped from the pension rolls of this state since January 1, 1922, and who is a bona fide resident citizen of this state at the time of making application for restoration of her name to the pension rolls of the state may have her name restored to the pension roll of this state by making application before the county department of human resources of the county of her residence, setting forth in the application the name of the county in which she was residing at the time her name was stricken from the pension roll, and the names of the places, counties and states where she has resided since her name was dropped from the pension roll of Alabama, such application to be supported by affidavit of the applicant and proof of two witnesses as to her bona fide residence in this state. Section 34-9-63 Permit to use parenteral sedation. The issuance of a permit for general anesthesia shall include the privilege of administering parenteral sedation in accordance with this section. The issuance of a permit for parenteral sedation shall include the privilege of administering intravenous sedation. All current intravenous sedation permit holders are entitled to a parenteral sedation permit subject to the renewal and regulatory provisions afforded to the Board of Dental Examiners by this chapter.
