Section 41-10-25 Composition; recordkeeping; admissibility in evidence. (a) The applicants named in the application and their respective successors in office, the Governor, or his or her designee, an additional person to be designated by the Governor who shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, or his or her designee, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, or his or her designee, shall constitute the members of the authority. (a) The Underground Damage Prevention Authority is created for the purpose of enforcing this chapter and for reviewing penalty provisions and the adequacy of the enforcement process.
