Section 45-28-80.03 Part-time bailiffs. (a) In Etowah County, in addition to any and all other compensation, salary, and expense allowances provided for by law, there shall be paid to each part-time bailiff in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit, an increase in salary in such an amount as will, together with any amount paid by the state as salary, compensation, or expense allowance, make the total paid to such bailiffs equal fifty dollars ($50) per day. If at any time in the future, as compensation or expense allowance increases are made by the state, then the amount paid to such bailiffs shall be increased in that amount.
