Section 45-39-221.02 Board of directors. (a) The tourism board shall have a board of directors
composed of five directors, two of whom shall be elected by the governing body of the City
of Florence, two of whom shall be elected by the governing body of the county, and one of
whom shall be elected jointly by the governing body of the City of Florence and the governing
body of the county. Each director shall be 21 years of age or older and shall be a resident

Section 45-40-221 Jesse Owens Memorial Park - Board of trustees. There is created and established
a board of trustees for the Jesse Owens Memorial Park in Lawrence County, Alabama. The board
shall be composed of seven members who shall be appointed by the Lawrence County legislative

the county commission, there may be hereby established the Mobile County Indigent Care Board,
hereinafter referred to as the board, whose composition and duties shall be as follows: (1)

directors. All powers of the authority shall be exercised by the board pursuant to its authorization.
The board shall consist of six directors. Each director shall be elected by the governing
