Section 41-29-291 Composition. (a) The Alabama Workforce Council shall consist of the following members: (1) Fourteen members appointed by the Governor. (2) One member appointed by the Lieutenant Governor. (3) One member appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives. (4) One member appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. Section 45-22A-21 Board of education. (a) There is established a school board for the City of Cullman, Alabama, which board shall be called "The Cullman City Board of Education." The board shall be composed of five members elected from the city at-large by the qualified electors of the City of Cullman. Places on the board shall be numbered one to five, inclusive. (b) Each county of the state shall be included in a local multidisciplinary, multiagency child death review team's jurisdiction. The district attorney shall initiate the establishment of local teams by convening a meeting of potential team members within 60 days of September 11, 1997.
