Section 36-21-14 Communications by emergency responders with peer support members. (a) As used
in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) CERTIFIED PEER
SUPPORT MEMBER. A law enforcement officer, firefighter, paramedic, emergency dispatcher, emergency
medical technician of an emergency service agency or entity, or a person who is assigned to
be a chaplain by an emergency service agency, who has received training in critical incident
stress management and who is certified as a peer support member by the Alabama State Law Enforcement
Agency to provide emotional and moral support to an emergency responder who needs emotional
or moral support as a result of job-related stress or an incident in which the emergency responder
was involved while acting in his or her official capacity. (2) EMERGENCY RESPONDER. A law

Section 36-25-14 Filing of statement of economic interests. (a) A statement of economic interests
shall be completed and filed in accordance with this chapter with the commission no later
than April 30 of each year covering the period of the preceding calendar year by each of the

Section 45-16-62 Election of Coroner; chief deputy coroner; compensation and expenses. (a)
The coroner shall be elected at the general election and every four years thereafter, and
shall serve for a term of four years. (b) The coroner shall appoint a chief deputy coroner.
(c)(1) A Coroner of Coffee County who is first elected or appointed on or after September
22, 2015, shall receive an annual base salary of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) per
year, which shall be paid in the same manner and at the same time as other county employees.
(2) The annual salary provided in subdivision (1) shall continue to be adjusted thereafter

Section 45-27-83 Compensation; clerks; reimbursement for expenses. (a) The Judge of Probate
of Escambia County shall be compensated on a salary basis which shall be in lieu of all fees
and commissions heretofore paid as compensation to such judge. The amount of such salary shall

Section 45-48-121.03 Personnel board created; composition. (a) There is hereby created the
Personnel Board of Marshall County, which shall be composed of five members. One member shall
be appointed by the county commission, three members shall be appointed by the Marshall County
