Section 45-28-80.03 Part-time bailiffs. (a) In Etowah County, in addition to any and
all other compensation, salary, and expense allowances provided for by law, there shall be
paid to each part-time bailiff in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit, an increase in salary in
such an amount as will, together with any amount paid by the state as salary, compensation,
