In Houston County, any duties of the judge of probate relating to manufactured homes, including, but not limited to, the collection of sales tax on sales between individuals and acting as the designated agent for the issuance of titles, may be transferred to the revenue commissioner. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, other than the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, to sell at retail in Calhoun County any spirituous or vinous liquors without first obtaining a special license from the judge of probate that shall be in addition to all other licenses required by law.
