Section 45-22-120.05 Personnel board. (a) There is created the Cullman County Personnel Board, which shall be composed of three members appointed by members of the legislative delegation representing Cullman County. One member shall be appointed initially for a term of two years, one for a term of four years, and one for a term of six years. Their successors shall be appointed to terms of six years. All appointees shall be residents and qualified electors of Cullman County and not less than 25 years of age. (b) Members of the board shall take the constitutional oath of office, which shall be filed in the office of the judge of probate. Vacancies on the board shall be filled in the same manner as original appointments and for the remaining unexpired term of the vacancy.
