Section 45-36-80.02 Fee for service of failure to appear warrants. (a) In Jackson County, in addition to any and all court costs, fees, and charges now or hereafter authorized, there shall be assessed by the Circuit Court Clerk a one hundred dollars ($100) charge on the service of all failure to appear warrants issued and executed by the Jackson County Sheriff. (a) In Calhoun County, any county health officer or administrator is hereby authorized to issue an official death certificate in any case within the county, except where an autopsy is required. Data obtained from the attending physician or funeral director shall be kept on file for one year following the death for the purpose of issuing such death certificate.
