Section 45-8-150.02 Calhoun County Bingo Regulatory Commission. (a) There is created the Calhoun County Bingo Regulatory Commission which shall be comprised of nine members, each of whom shall be a fair, equitable citizen of Calhoun County, and of high moral character. No member of the commission shall be eligible for appointment to two successive terms. Three of the members shall be appointed by the Legislative Delegation of Calhoun County, two of the members shall be appointed by the Calhoun County Commission, two of the members shall be appointed by the Council of Mayors of Calhoun County, one member shall be appointed by the office of the District Attorney of Calhoun County, and one member shall be appointed by the office of the Sheriff of Calhoun County. Section 32-5A-195 Cancellation, suspension, or revocation of driver's license; grounds, procedure, etc. (a) The Secretary of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency is authorized to cancel any driver's license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance thereof or that the licensee failed to give the correct or required information in his or her application. (a) A violation of the notification provisions of this chapter is an unlawful trade practice under the Alabama Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Chapter 19 of this title, but does not constitute a criminal offense under Section 8-19-12. (a) The commissioner or his agent is authorized to enter upon any public or private premise or carrier at reasonable times during regular business hours in the performance of his duties relating to pesticides, devices and records pertaining to same.
