Section 11-54A-6 Amendments to certificate of incorporation; procedure. The certificate of incorporation of the authority incorporated under the provisions of this chapter may at any time and from time to time be amended in the manner provided in this section. The board shall first adopt a resolution proposing an amendment to the certificate of incorporation which shall be set forth in full in the said resolution and which amendment may include any matters which might have been included in the original certificate of incorporation. In the discretion of the authority, any bonds may be issued under and secured by an indenture between the authority and a trustee. Said trustee may be a private person or corporation, including, but not limited to, any trust company or bank having trust powers, whether such bank or trust company is located within or without the state.
