Section 45-19-80 Additional fee on civil and criminal cases. In addition to any court costs and fees now or hereafter authorized, and notwithstanding any other provision of the constitution, including without limitations Sections 96, 104, and 105 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended, there shall be a ten dollar ($10) fee assessed on all civil and criminal cases filed in the circuit court, district court, or any municipal court in Coosa County.
