Section 45-40-80.01 Supplemental expense allowance - District attorney, district judge. (a) The District Attorney of the Thirty-sixth Judicial Circuit shall be entitled to a supplemental allowance, paid from the county treasury of the county composing the judicial circuit, in a sum equal to the supplemental allowance paid from county funds to the District Attorney of the Eighth Judicial Circuit. (b) The District Judge of Lawrence County shall be entitled to a supplemental expense allowance, paid from the county treasury of Lawrence County, in a sum equal to the supplemental allowance paid from county funds to the District Judge of Morgan County. (c) The supplemental allowances shall be in lieu of any other supplemental allowances paid by the county, and shall be paid in the same manner that supplemental allowances for those offices in the Eighth Judicial Circuit and Morgan County are paid.
