Alabama and its Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the sale of alcoholic beverages of all
kinds, the University of Alabama, Auburn University, and all other institutions of higher
learning in the state, whether such institutions be denominational, state, county, or municipal

Section 17-4-35 Supervisor of Voter Registration. The Supervisor of Voter Registration shall
be employed by the Secretary of State under the terms and conditions of the state Merit System
and the salary and benefits shall be set by the Secretary of State out of funds appropriated

state official for federal contact for the implementation of the National Voter Registration
Act of 1993 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002. (b) The State Department of Public Safety

a coastal municipality, the Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources,

(a) A voter shall be required to cast a provisional ballot when: (1) The name of the individual
does not appear on the official list of eligible voters for the precinct or polling place
in which the individual seeks to vote, and the individual's registration cannot be verified
