Section 45-19-80.30 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) In Coosa County, in addition to any and all court costs, fees, and charges now or hereafter authorized, there shall be assessed by the clerk of the circuit court a one hundred dollar ($100) charge on the service of all failure to appear warrants executed by the deputies or Sheriff of Coosa County. (b) The service fee imposed in this section shall be assessed against a defendant upon conviction. The clerk of the court shall enter the amount of the fee provided in this section on the docket sheet and shall collect the fee in the same manner and same time as other court costs. The service fee may be waived by the court for good cause shown. Section 45-28-81.02 Solicitor's fee. (a)(1) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in this state, a docket fee, hereinafter referred to as a solicitor's fee, shall be assessed in each case. (a)(1) In Henry County, a booking fee in the amount of forty-five dollars ($45) shall be assessed against and collected from each person booked or incarcerated into the Henry County Jail and subsequently convicted. Section 45-49-150.07 Bingo games - Fees. (a) All bingo permit fees collected by the sheriff under this part shall be paid into the Mobile County General Fund. (b)(1) An entertainment fee of fifty cents ($0.50) shall be paid by each bingo permit holder for each bingo player at each session of bingo held. Section 14-6-48 Custodian of funds; violations. The sheriff shall be the custodian of all funds paid into the Prisoner Feeding Fund pursuant to Section 14-6-47, which funds shall be public funds of the office of the sheriff.
