Section 45-2-230.02 Additional expense allowance; salary increase. (a) Commencing on June 1,
2017, the Sheriff of Baldwin County shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance in
the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) per annum, which shall be in addition to all
other expense allowances, compensation, or salary provided by law. This expense allowance
shall be payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county. (b) Beginning

Section 45-49-230.02 Salaries - Pay plan. (a)(1)a. The repeal of Acts 1976, No. 710, 1976 Regular
Session (Acts 1976, p. 990), as amended, will not result in any financial loss for any deputy

Section 45-16-230 Salary. A Sheriff of Coffee County elected or appointed on or after September
22, 2015, shall receive an annual salary of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) per year.
