Section 45-39A-10 Regulation of alcoholic beverage sales on Sunday. (a) This section only applies in the City of Florence in Lauderdale County. (b) The sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises and off-premises consumption during certain hours after 12:00 p.m. on Sundays is authorized within the corporate limits of the City of Florence. The following words, terms and phrases, where used in this chapter, shall have the following respective meanings, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) T.V.A.
