Section 45-27-244.33 Collection of fees. The tax collector shall charge and collect the same
fee that is prescribed in the general law for a like service when performed by the tax assessor,
tax collector, revenue commissioner, or license commissioner as the case may be. All fees

any payments made to a county or municipal office, department, agency, board, or commission
may be authorized by the county commission or municipal governing body in which the office,

it is the intention of this chapter to occupy by preemption the field of air pollution control

and maintaining a district shall be paid for by the proceeds of a service charge which shall
