Section 45-16-81 Additional fee on civil and criminal cases; juvenile probation fund. (a) In Coffee County, in addition to all other costs and charges in the circuit and district courts a fee of three dollars ($3) shall be charged and collected by the clerks of such courts on both civil and criminal cases.
