Section 45-29-140.02 Incorporation of authority. (a) Within 45 days after July 13, 1990, three
applicants shall be appointed to proceed to incorporate the Fayette County Water Coordinating
and Fire Prevention Authority by filing for record in the office of the judge of probate of
the county a certificate of incorporation which shall comply in form and substance with the

Section 45-44-84 Salary. (a) If the incumbent Judge of Probate of Macon County on August 1,
2009, is reelected for a fourth term of office, commencing upon the fourth term of office,
the annual compensation paid to the Judge of Probate of Macon County shall be equal to 90

Section 45-19-82.04 Fees for remote access of records. (a) The Judge of Probate of Coosa County
may charge and collect fees up to one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) or the equivalent of the
regularly established photocopy fees, whichever is greater, for the remote access of records
maintained in the office of the judge of probate. (b) Fees collected pursuant to this section
shall be deposited into a special fund of the judge of probate entitled the Probate Recording
Fund. (c) Fees from the fund may be disbursed at the discretion of the judge of probate for
records retention and archiving, records reconstruction, records preservation, records maintenance,

by the Circuit Court Clerk of Madison County shall be deposited into the Judicial Administration

shall be compensated on a salary basis. He or she shall receive in equal monthly installments
