Section 45-33-80 Additional tax; Hale County Law Library Fund; committee. In any case, action,
or proceeding hereafter filed, whether at law or in equity in any circuit or district court
in Hale County, there is hereby authorized to be charged a tax of two dollars ($2) which tax

Section 12-19-75 Circuit and district court attachment, garnishment, and execution fees. (a)
In civil cases in circuit court and district court there shall be collected a fee for the
initiation of each of the following postjudgment proceedings: Attachment, garnishment, and

Section 45-30-80 Docket fee. (a) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases
in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in Franklin County, a docket fee,
