Section 45-23-81.20 Juvenile court supervision fee and fund. (a) In addition to any
other costs and charges now provided by law, a monthly supervision fee, not to exceed twenty
dollars ($20), shall be assessed in juvenile cases at the discretion of the juvenile court
judge. The supervision fee shall be collected by the Dale County Circuit Court Clerk and deposited
into the Juvenile Court Services Fund. (b) There is established a "Juvenile Court Services
Fund" for the deposit of the juvenile court supervision fees. The fund shall be maintained

Section 45-45-82.21 Alternate establishment method. The governing body of Madison County
having a county law library under existing laws on July 24, 1991, may come under this subpart
by resolution thereof, upon request of the presiding circuit judge, and the filing of the
copy of the resolution with the Secretary of State and the Administrative Director of Courts.
This is an alternative method to the state act method of establishing a Madison County Law
Library and Madison County may elect at any time to use either method but may not have a county

Section 45-44-81.01 Juvenile Court Services Fund and Judicial Administration Fund. (a)
In addition to all other costs and charges in circuit and district court cases in Macon County,
a fee of three dollars ($3) shall be charged and collected by the clerk of the court. This
charge shall not be collected on small claims cases. When collected by the clerk of the court,
