Section 31-9C-6 Legislative intent. It is the intent of the Legislature that all state entities and agencies make available for the purposes of this chapter all publicly owned communication towers, microwave or fiber optic lines, shelters, transmission frequencies, and other related properties and facilities. In addition, any county or municipal government or agency may, at its discretion, make its similar facilities and properties available or those provided by local emergency communication districts.
