Section 45-45-234 Pistol Permit. (a)(1) In Madison County, the fees for the issuance of a license by the sheriff pursuant to Section 13A-11-75, to authorize a person to carry a pistol in a vehicle or concealed on or about his or her person, at the request of the licensee, shall be as provided below: a. (a) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in Cleburne County, a docket fee, hereinafter referred to as a solicitor's fee, shall be assessed in each case.
