Section 45-28-50 Compensation. The Constable of the District Court of Etowah County shall be
paid an expense allowance of seven hundred dollars ($700) per month. The expense allowance
shall be in addition to the expense allowance provided by Act No. 88-787, H. 302, 1988 First
Special Session until it is repealed. The payments made to the constable prior to May 6, 1998,
