Section 45-23-230.01 Expense allowance; increase to salary. (a) The Sheriff of Dale County shall be entitled to receive an additional expense allowance in the amount of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500) per annum, which shall be in addition to all other expense allowances, compensation, or salary provided by law. This expense allowance shall be payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county.
