Section 45-17-81 Solicitor's Fund. (a) All fees hereafter taxed as solicitor's fees and collected as a part of the costs in the circuit court of any county in the Thirty-first Judicial Circuit shall be paid into the county treasury where the fee is imposed and collected, to the credit of a solicitor's fund, to be used and expended by the circuit solicitor as provided in subsection (b). (a) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in Dale County, a docket fee, hereinafter referred to as a solicitor's fee, shall be assessed in each case.
