(a)(1) The judge of probate of Coosa County may charge and collect fees of up to three dollars ($3) for the first page and up to two dollars ($2) for each additional page for scanning, faxing, and electronic transmittal of documents. (2) A listing of the fees shall be posted and readily available to all customers requesting any of these services. (b) Fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited into a special fund of the judge of probate entitled the Probate Recording Fund. Section 45-8-22 Special licenses; additional taxes; maintenance of records. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, other than the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, to sell at retail in Calhoun County any spirituous or vinous liquors without first obtaining a special license from the judge of probate that shall be in addition to all other licenses required by law.
