Section 45-37-80.01 Circuit judges. In addition to the salaries to each of the Circuit Judges
of the Tenth Judicial Circuit of the state, there shall be paid to each of the judges a supplement
salary in the sum equal to 40 percent of the salary paid each of the judges by the State of
Alabama. The supplement salary shall be paid out of the general fund of the county in equal
installments at the same time and in the same manner that the salary of other county employees

and all assistants to such managers who are employed by any county or city board of education
in the operation or management of a lunchroom in any public school in Alabama, regardless

to carry out the administrative duties relating to the provision of indigent defense services.

Commencing on October 1, 1997, the Judge of Probate, Sheriff, and the Revenue Commissioner
