Section 12-15-215 Disposition of delinquent children or children in need of supervision
generally. (a) If the juvenile court finds on proof beyond a reasonable doubt, based upon
competent, material, and relevant evidence, that a child committed the acts by reason of which
the child is alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, it may proceed immediately
to hear evidence as to whether the child is in need of care or rehabilitation and to file
its findings thereon. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, a finding that the child
has committed an act which constitutes a felony is sufficient to sustain a finding that the
child is in need of care or rehabilitation. If the juvenile court finds that the child is
not in need of care or rehabilitation, it shall dismiss the proceedings and discharge the
child from any detention or other temporary care theretofore ordered. If the juvenile court

Section 12-19-179 Distribution of docket fees - Traffic infractions in district court.
(a) The following distribution shall be made of docket fees for traffic infractions in district
court: (1) Three dollars ($3) to the Police Officers' Annuity Fund. (2) Sixteen dollars ($16)
to the Fair Trial Tax Fund. (3) Eight dollars fifty cents ($8.50) to the State Drivers' Fund.
(4) Forty-nine dollars ($49) to the State General Fund. (5) Three dollars ($3) to the county
general fund. (6) An arrest fee of five dollars ($5) to the State General Fund or the state

(a)(1) The judge of probate of Coosa County may charge and collect fees of up to three dollars
($3) for the first page and up to two dollars ($2) for each additional page for scanning,
faxing, and electronic transmittal of documents. (2) A listing of the fees shall be posted
and readily available to all customers requesting any of these services. (b) Fees collected
pursuant to this section shall be deposited into a special fund of the judge of probate

salaries now provided by law, certain officials in Cullman County shall be entitled to annual
