Section 45-22-130.03 Employee list. The State Department of Transportation shall submit to the county a list of all persons employed by the department in the construction, repair, and maintenance of county roads and bridges in Cullman County, which list shall contain the following information regarding each such employee: (1) name; (2) salary; (3) percentage of work time on county roads; (4) percentage of work time on state roads; (5) accrued sick leave and annual leave benefits; (6) years of service. The county may employ from the list not exceeding 75 percent of the total number of persons on the list, for the construction, repair, and maintenance of county roads and bridges in accordance with personnel policy adopted by the county commission.
