(a) As used in this part, the following words, terms, and phrases shall have the following respective meanings except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) ACT 405. Section 11-3-60 Use of credit or debit cards issued to county commission for certain purchases; rewards or rebates. (a) For the purposes of this article, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER. A person employed by the county commission of a county pursuant to Section 11-3-18. (2) CREDIT CARD. A line of credit issued by a domestic lender or credit card bank. (3) DEBIT CARD.
