On or before the 20th day of each month after any tax shall have been levied under authority of this part, every person upon whom the excise tax is levied shall render to the County Commission of Jackson County on forms prescribed by such county commission a true and correct statement of all sales and withdrawals of gasoline and motor fuel as herein defined made by him, her, or them during the next preceding month, liable for payment of the excise tax imposed pursuant to this part, and shall furnish to the county commission such additional information as such county commission may require upon blanks to be formulated and furnished by the county commission, and at the time of making such report shall pay to the county commission an amount of money equal to the excise tax levied under this part. Section 34-33A-13 Violations. Whenever the State Fire Marshal has reason to believe that any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or joint venture is or has been violating any provision of this chapter, the State Fire Marshal or his or her deputy or assistant may issue and deliver to the individual, partnership, corporation, association, or joint venture an order to cease and desist the violation. Section 28-3-184 Tax levied; collection; disposition of funds. (a) Levy. In addition to the licenses provided for by Chapter 3A of this title, there is hereby levied a privilege or excise tax on every person licensed under the provisions of said Chapter 3A who sells, stores or receives for the purpose of distribution, to any person, firm, corporation, club or association within the State of Alabama any malt or brewed beverages.
