Section 41-4-412 Alabama Construction Industry Craft Training Program; Craft Training
Board. (a) It is the intent of the Legislature to establish and provide for a coordinated
effort between the construction industry and institutions of higher education and other entities,
including, but not limited to, union training programs, to enhance the availability and quality
of programs which promote construction industry craft training and education, and thereby
enhance the availability and competence of the work force for supporting the industry. (b)
In order to provide for efficient, competent, and resourceful construction industry craft
training programs that will deliver the knowledge and skills necessary for persons to learn
and meet the skill requirements for a craft and career in the construction industry trades

Section 45-25-91 DeKalb County Economic Development Authority. (a) There is created
the DeKalb County Economic Development Authority. The authority is created for the purpose
and has the responsibility of aiding and assisting current industries and coordinating efforts
of all municipal and county agencies of DeKalb County, Alabama, as well as aiding organizations

Section 45-49-100.41 Vacancies; recordkeeping. The board of school commissioners shall
have power to fill any and all vacancies that may occur therein or in the office of superintendent,
and the persons that may be elected by the board to fill vacancies shall hold their offices

Section 16-1-24.3 Local boards of education to implement policies requiring expulsion
of students who possess firearms in school areas. (a) All city and county boards of education
shall develop and implement local policies and procedures requiring the expulsion of students,
for a period of one year, who are determined to have brought to school or have in their possession
a firearm in a school building, on school grounds, on school buses, or at other school-sponsored
functions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, city and county boards of education and the local
superintendent of education of each board may modify the expulsion requirement for a student

Care Data Advisory Council to assist in developing regulations and standards necessary to
