Section 45-12-60 Expense allowances. (a) The county Coroner of Choctaw County shall be entitled
to receive an additional expense allowance in the amount of one hundred seventy-five dollars
($175) per month paid from the county general fund. The expense allowance shall be in addition
to any and all other compensation, salary, and expense allowances provided for by law. (b)
The Choctaw County Coroner shall be entitled to an expense allowance in an amount of three

Section 45-2-81.41 Eligibility. (a) A person charged with a criminal offense specified in this
subsection whose jurisdiction is in the circuit or district court of the Twenty-eighth Judicial
Circuit of Alabama may apply to the District Attorney of the Twenty-eighth Judicial Circuit

Section 45-20-110 Compensation. In Covington County, the county commission is authorized, in
its discretion, to pay in addition to any and all other compensation, salary, and expense
