Section 11-65-36 Application of net commission revenues. All commission horse wagering fees, commission greyhound wagering fees, and other fees, commissions, and moneys, including fines and forfeitures, to which a commission shall be entitled under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the treasurer of such commission and shall be deposited by said treasurer to the account of such commission. Section 14-14-4 Establishment of furlough program. (a) The department shall establish a medical furlough program. The commissioner shall adopt the rules and regulations for implementation of the medical furlough program. For each person considered for medical furlough, the commissioner shall determine whether the person is a geriatric inmate, permanently incapacitated inmate, or terminally ill inmate. (a) Whoever, having been released pursuant to this part, willfully fails to appear before any court or judicial officer as required, shall incur a forfeiture of any security which was given or was pledged for his or her release, and, in addition shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided by law. (b) Failure to appear after notice of the appearance date shall be prima facie evidence that the failure to appear was willful.
